- Community Projects : Encourage the participation of newcomers in community projects, volunteer activities or local development initiatives to promote integration and a sense of belonging.
- Training on Institutions : Offer training on the functioning of Canadian institutions, democratic processes, citizens’ rights and ways to engage civically in the community.
- Intercultural Exchange : Organize cultural events, intercultural exchange evenings or festivals to promote diversity, encourage intercultural dialogue and strengthen community ties.
- Community Mentoring : Establish community mentoring programs where newcomers can be paired with local residents to promote exchanges, mutual learning and strengthening of the social fabric.
