Services and programs offered to members

The foundation provides a range of services and programs such as education and counseling needed by refugees, immigrants and newcomers in need, including reception services, support and referral services, language training, social services, employment training, job search programs, translation services, information programs on Canadian culture and life in Canada in order to promote their social and professional integration within the community. The Foundation also provides refugees, needy newcomers and low-income community members with community dinners, discussion and cultural sharing advisory workshops aimed at breaking the isolation of immigrants and newcomers living in social exclusion and to promote their social integration.

Access to settlement and integration services

By encouraging autonomy, facilitating access to resources and promoting inclusion, the Fondation Bien-Être Pour Tous can play an essential role in the successful integration of newcomers to Canada by: 1. Offering personalized orientation and support services for newcomers, helping them adapt to their new life in Canada. 2. Facilitating access to language training to improve skills in English or French, essential for successful integration. 3. Collaborating with local partners to provide employment and job training programs tailored to the needs of newcomers. 4. Implementing community initiatives aimed at creating an inclusive and welcoming environment to promote social integration. 5. Raising awareness among the local population on issues related to immigration and promoting cultural diversity to encourage acceptance of newcomers.

Personalized support

To help newcomers overcome obstacles and integrate more easily and successfully into their new community in Canada, the Fondation Bien-Être Pour Tous offers personalized, attentive support adapted to the needs of each individual through: 1. Individual Needs Assessment : By conducting detailed needs assessments of each newcomer, the foundation can develop personalized plans to help them in their integration process. 2. Individualized Orientation : Provide individual orientation on the services available, the administrative procedures to follow and the community resources that may be useful to each newcomer. 3. Pairing with Mentors : Establish pairing programs with volunteer mentors or community members to provide personalized support and practical advice. 4. Emotional and Psychological Support : Offering counseling or psychological support services to help newcomers cope with stress, isolation or other emotional challenges related to migration. 5. Individualized follow-up : Ensure regular follow-up with each new arrival to assess their progress, respond to their concerns and adjust services according to their specific needs.
