About WellBeing For All Foundation

WellBeing For All Foundation is a charitable organization founded in November 2021 in Ottawa, Canada, dedicated in welcoming, settling and integrating newcomers to Canada. Our services include information and referral, language training, help finding a job that matches newcomers' skills and training, assistance in finding housing, referral to federal and provincial programs essential for their social and professional integration into the Canadian community of their choice.

Ours Story

The inspiration behind the founding of WellBeing For All Foundation came from a deep-seated desire to meet the essential needs of newcomers in Canada. Faced with the challenges and obstacles encountered by those embarking on a new journey in a foreign country, the founders of this organization felt a pressing need to offer holistic and caring support. Thus, WellBeing For All Foundation was founded to provide comprehensive assistance, from the initial welcoming to sustainable integration, in order to support newcomers throughout their journey of settlement and adaptation. The ultimate goal is to foster a harmonious integration process and contribute to the fulfillment and well-being of each newcomer, supporting them in their transition to a new and fulfilling life in Canadian society. WellBeing For All Foundation is specialized in "Pre-Arrival" immigration, working with Candidates from French-speaking African countries who wish to immigrate in Canada as students, temporary workers, or permanent residents. WellBeing For All Foundation helps candidates research job opportunities, write Canadian style resumes, and cover letters, and assist them with interview preparation. To date, the WellBeing For All Foundation has helped 3 candidates receive bursaries of excellence from the «Québec Métier d'avenir» training centers, enabling them to study free of charge in Québec from 2024/2025 academic year. The success of the Well-Being For All Foundation doesn't stop there, during the Québec Africa Sub-Saharan International Recruitment days last September 2023, at least 5 candidates secured work agreements and are in the process of obtaining work permits with their family members. The greatest success of WellBeing For All Foundation is among the candidates who have chosen the path of permanent residency in Canada. In less than a year, WellBeing For All Foundation has welcomed more than 200 families in Canada. Despite a lack of financial, material and even human resources, WellBeing For All Foundation is growing rapidly, with more structured and comprehensive programs to meet the growing needs of newcomers and has established partnerships with government agencies and other organizations to strengthen its support for newcomers. Today, WellBeing For All Foundation has become a major player not only in "pre-arrival" immigration, but also in welcoming, settling and integrating newcomers in Canada by offering a wide range of services, such as assistance in finding housing and furniture, cultural orientation sessions, employability programs, social activities, and networking opportunities. WellBeing For All Foundation could not have achieved such great success without the precious help of its team of dedicated volunteers who contribute to the realization of its mission. We are sincerely grateful for your dedication, Thank you
